I have a large property and have had different tree surgeons do work on my estate over the years. None have satisfied me. Their work was not up to par, their pricing was not fair and their clean up was incomplete. A few years ago I had a monster tree come down during a wind storm and needed help ASAP. I had Jeff Wallers card and took a chance and called him. He personally answered the phone and was so nice on the pleasant to speak with on the phone. Said he be over in a few hours because he was dealing with another emergency. Sure enough he was at my place in a few hours. He and his crew did a remarkable job. It took 3 days because he had to bring in some heavy duty equipment. I was so satisfied with his work and his clean up also. Over the past few years Jeff and his crew have done all my tree work and landscaping and what a remarkable job they have done. They are the complete package. He takes care of my place like I did in my younger years. Pristine!! He is easy to work with and reliable and his pricing is very fair. I consider myself lucky to have found someone like him.

I reached out to Freedom Outdoor Services on a Sunday morning about removing a large limb from my yard and taking down the very large tree it came from. Jeff texted me and stopped by that afternoon and gave me a very reasonable quote. He came back the next day while working in the area to answer additional questions. He and his team were very professional and left my yard and my neighbor's yard in better condition than they found it putting down new soil and seed where the equipment and tree trunks left ruts. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and communication. I highly recommend for any job, large or small.
